How much does it cost to post an ad?

KSh 1 per listing, paid once by M-Pesa. Browsing and contacting sellers is free.

How long until my ad is live?

Usually within a few hours during working hours. You will get an email when it is approved.

My ad needs changes. Do I pay again?

No. Edit your ad from My listings and save; it goes back to review at no extra cost.

Why can’t I see the seller’s number?

To protect sellers, numbers are only shown to signed-in users who tap “Show number”.

Does Rehome deliver or hold payment?

No. You arrange collection and payment directly with the seller. Never pay before seeing the item.

I sold my item. What now?

Open My listings and tap Mark as sold. The ad is hidden from search but stays in your history.
