1. About the service
Rehome is an online classifieds platform where individuals list pre-owned household goods and buyers contact sellers directly. Rehome is not a party to any sale, does not hold payments, does not store items and does not deliver.
2. Accounts
You must be 18 or older. Sellers must verify a Kenyan mobile number. You are responsible for your account and everything posted from it.
3. Listing fee
Each listing costs KSh 1, paid by M-Pesa before review. The fee is not refundable, including when a listing is rejected for breaking these terms. Edits requested by our agents do not cost an extra fee.
4. Review and removal
Every listing is reviewed by an agent. We may reject, hide or remove listings that are misleading, duplicated, in the wrong category, offensive, or for prohibited items, and we may suspend accounts that break these terms.
5. Buying and selling
Buyers and sellers deal directly and at their own risk. Inspect items before paying. Never pay deposits. See our Safety Centre.
6. Content
You confirm you own the items you list and the photos you upload, and you give us permission to display them on the site.
7. Liability
To the extent allowed by Kenyan law, Rehome is not liable for the quality, safety or legality of items, or for the conduct of users.
